Rope Walk!

Today we practiced walking to the play yard on our knotted rope!  They did really well!  Normally, the toddler room uses the red buggies for transportation, yet in the 2's class the children will be using the rope to take little walks and to enter the play yard.

Here are a few photos of the great job they did!

Water Day!!

We had a fun day in the water today!
We played in a few different sprinklers, used our ramp as a water slide for our cars,
played in the water tables, and had popsicles!

The flower sprinkler was a hit!

Henry was washing dishes in the water table!

Raegan was watering her flower :)

Hayden and Audrey filled up their cups from the "fountain"

Hattie & Addie took shelter in the house :)

Brooks had fun in the water table!

The boys loved the water car ramp!

Annalee, Hayden and Raegan are sharing toys in the water table!

We had so much fun that we are hoping to have another water day tomorrow!

Toddler's Under Construction!

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

We had a very busy day today... from digging in beans with our construction trucks, to running them through shaving cream, to listening to the pop of the trucks running over bubble wrap, it has all been so much fun!

We also made a ramp outside for the children to run their cars down.  The children then  decided to build themselves a rock mountain to see if they could balance on it.

We love watching their imaginations at work!

"Bumpy Road" (bubble wrap)

Shaving cream is a great sensory activity!

Andrew's truck was a "snow plow, covered in snow!"

Balancing act from the girls!
