Springtime Sun and Fun!
Last week, the kiddos and toddler staff thoroughly enjoyed playing outside under the sun! The warmth finally allowed us to spend an extended amount of time on our playground and on the twos playground. We welcomed Spring with seasonal coloring pages and exploring different materials while playing in the grass and leaves. Enjoy some photos from last week!
Counting While Coloring!
This week, we colored a fun picture of the sun, counting the rays as they scribbled over their paper with markers and crayons. We practiced counting 1-10, which the children are getting very good at!
Walking and Painting!
Today, we finally were able to go on a walk outside! The kiddos were SO excited to finally go on a stroll after months of being snowed in for the Winter. After enjoying watching squirrels run up the trees and cars pass alongside us, we went inside to enjoy a painting activity. They sure do love Bingo Dotters!
Bubble Wrap Walk!
Thanks to Ms. Sally, we were able to experiment with some giant bubble wrap to create an intriguing and innovative learning experience for the toddlers! The kiddos really enjoyed stomping the bubbles, listening and laughing as they popped under their feet. They also enjoyed using their fine motor skills to poke and pop bubbles from different angles.
