Today we made Gazpacho and most of the children LOVED it!
Here is the recipe in case you want to try it at home.
(We used Balsamic vinegar instead of red or sherry vinegar)
Caelen loved it, even though his face says otherwise :)
Harper did not want to try it
Rilynn thought it was delicious!
Sadie ate multiple bowls of it!
Chloe tried a bite, but did not like it
Ethan LOVED IT!
Alyvia says YUM!
Audrey liked the cucumbers in it!
Johnny did not like it, but liked playing with it!
Audrey says it's "thumbs up!"
And Ryan ate so much that his bowl was empty quite often!
The children also decided to make "chairs" in the rec room!
